Belmar Bagels is owned by Don Weston, who lives in Belmar. We make all of our bagels fresh every day. All bagels are kettle boiled to perfection prior to baking to seal the surface and retain the full flavor and goodness of the recipe inside during a slow hearth baking. The result is a shiny, chewy crust and a delicious lightly textured authentic bagel.
